Excursions & Holidays
We are delighted to present our latest Holiday & Day Excursion programme. As you will see, we have tried very hard to keep our prices to a minimum, but in the current economic climate, there is a strong possibility that we may have to levy a small fuel surcharge on the price of your holiday or day excursion. For holidays and day excursions, there will be designated pick up points locally from the Medway Towns.
TO MAKE A HOLIDAY RESERVATION
Reservations may be made by telephone. On confirming places are available, a non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required, along with a completed booking form within 7 days: the balance is due at least 6 weeks before travel. The prices within this brochure include VAT, but should any changes be made to Government legislation (which result in an increase in taxation), the right has been reserved to amend the price to reflect these changes.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a tour confirmation will be issued, along with the date that your holiday balance is due (please note, that no reminder will be sent) luggage labels, travel details and confirmation of departure times. This information will be posted directly to you 7 days prior to the departure date, subject to balance being paid in full.

We strongly recommend that all passengers arrange travel insurance when booking their holiday. Age UK specialise in travel insurance for the over 50s and they are regulated by the financial services authority. For more details please contact 01634 578085. No
refunds will be made, with the exception of clause 1 in our terms & conditions.
In the interest of Health & Safety of our staff and limited space/weight restrictions, it is requested that passengers limit their luggage to 1 suitcase per person, measuring no more than 26” by 15” by 8” and weighing no more than 33lbs. In addition, each passenger is allowed 1 piece of hand luggage of such a size as can be stowed on the luggage rack or under a seat.
Any lost property found on a coach will be held at the office address for 4 weeks. It is your responsibility to collect the lost property from our office. After 4 weeks any uncollected items will be disposed of.
ABOUT OUR COACHES
All coaches are fitted with seatbelts and have air conditioning (it is a legal requirement to wear your seatbelt). With the exception of water, food and drink are not permitted on our coaches unless the vehicle is at a designated comfort stop, which has been made en-route to the destination. Smoking is not permitted.
HOTELS & ACCOMMODATION
All hotels & accommodation within this programme are based on a minimum of bed, breakfast and evening meal (unless otherwise stated). They all offer en-suite private bathrooms, colour televisions, tea/coffee making facilities and a lift to most floors (unless otherwise stated). Some offer evening entertainment. There are no single supplements on the majority of our holidays, but single rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
WHEELCHAIRS & WALKERS
Due to space and limitations, we do not carry motorised scooters, only flat folding wheelchairs and walking frames. All holidays/day excursions within this brochure are available to groups or part groups
