Day 1 - Monday:

We make our way to Devon for our 4-night stay.

Day 2 - Tuesday:

This morning, we visit Darts Farm. From the humble beginnings of the farm shop hut nearly 50 years ago, Darts Farm has organically evolved into the unique lifestyle shopping destination it is today, with a working farm at the heart. Spend some time here exploring, before we move on to the seaside town of Exmouth this afternoon.

Day 3 - Wednesday:

After breakfast this morning we make our journey to Sidmouth. Beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, Regency history, clean beaches and friendly shops.. it’s all here in this lovely seaside town that nestles beneath majestic red cliffs and the green hills of the glorious Sid Valley. Later we visit the famous Donkey Sanctuary. Spend some time here discovering the history and how it was founded in the 1960’s. Meet a few furry friends, explore the interactive displays, enjoy a delicious snack from the café on site and shop a variety of quality gifts and souvenirs, with every purchase helping a donkey in need.

Day 4 - Thursday:

Today we enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. Keep an eye out for the wild Dartmoor ponies as we travel to Princetown where we have some time to explore. We continue on through the National Park to make our lunchtime stop in Tavistock - the historic market town and birthplace of Sir Francis Drake. You are free to look around the town at leisure and grab a bite to eat. In the afternoon we head to Okehampton with a Victorian shopping arcade, a museum, a lovely park and the second oldest Norman Castle in the county to explore.

Day 5 - Friday:

Sadly, it’s time to head home.

The Langstone Cliff Hotel

Set within 19 acres of woodland, the Langstone Cliff Hotel has magnificent views over the sandy beaches and the famous nature reserve at Dawlish Warren.

The Lincoln Bay is situated in the very heart of the hotel and is adjacent to the Lounge, Veranda Room, Drawing Room, and the Poolside Room, all of which are fronted by a magnificent Victorian cast iron veranda with breath-taking sea views.

All rooms are fully equipped with a TV, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel does have a lift, but it does not service all rooms. Walk in showers and ground floors rooms are subject to availability and on request.
