To secure your booking, a non-refundable £50 deposit per person will be required, along with a completed holiday booking form.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a tour confirmation will be issues, along with the date that your holiday balance is due.
Luggage labels, travel details and confirmation of departure times will be posted directly to you 7 - 10 days prior to the departure date, subject to the balance being paid in full. Please note that your pick up point cannot be amended 14 days prior to departure.
Balances are due 6 weeks before the departure date. No reminders will be sent. If you book your holiday within the balance due period, you will be required to pay the whole holiday cost at the time of booking. Deposits and balances can be paid by Debit Card, Cash or Cheques.
All coaches are fitted with seatbelts and have air conditioning. With the exception of water, all other food and drink are not permitted on our coaches unless the vehicle is at a designated comfort stop. Smoking is not permitted.
Due to space and limitations, we do not carry motorised scooters, only flat folding wheelchairs and walking frames. Please advise us at the time of booking.
All hotels and accommodation within our excursions programme are a minimum of Bed & Breakfast. Most tours are Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, and some are even All-inclusive, but the board basis varies depending on the tour, so please check.
Any lost property found on a coach will be held at the office address for 4 weeks. It is your responsibility to collect the lost property from our office. After 4 weeks any uncollected items wil be disposed of.
Please be aware that single rooms on all tours are limited and on a first come first serve basis. Some tours incur a supplement, whereas others do not. Once our allocation of 'no single supplement' rooms have been filled, a supplement may be applied by the hotel for a twin or double room to be used for sole occupancy.
Travel insurance is a vital aspect to booking a holiday, giving you protection against unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your holiday. It is important that you purchase travel insurance that properly covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking. Our door-to-door service is exactly that, meaning your holiday starts from your own front door! One of our friendly drivers will pick you up and take you to board the coach. Available in postcodes ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4, ME5, ME6, ME7 & ME8 for an additional cost of £20 per person, per way. Please note that our door-to-door service is subject to availability and your home location.
In the interest of Health & Safety of our staff and limited space/weight restrictions, it is requested that passengers limit their luggage to 1 suitcase per person, measuring no more than 26 by 15 by 8 and weighing no more than 33lbs. In addition, each passenger is allowed 1 piece of hand luggage of such a size as can be stowed on the luggage rack or under a seat.
