Enjoy a delightful day trip to the famous Tiptree Fruit Farms, home of Wilkin & Sons – makers of world-renowned Tiptree jams and preserves.

Your visit includes a 40-minute guided tractor tour around the beautiful fruit farms, where you’ll learn about the estate’s long history of farming since 1757 and jam-making traditions dating back to 1885. As you travel through the orchards, discover how traditional methods are combined with modern technology to produce the highest-quality fruit used in Tiptree’s products.

After the tour, relax in the Tiptree Tea Room ‘Tea Garden’ under the marquee and enjoy a delicious Tiptree Cream Tea, complete with freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and your choice of tea or coffee. Before heading home, take time to explore the Tiptree Jam Shop, where you’ll find all your favourite preserves and a lovely selection of gifts to take home as a reminder of your visit.

Please note: Passengers are asked to dress appropriately for the weather, as the tea is served in an outside garden marquee. There are also steps to get on and off the trailer during the tractor tour.
