A Fab 4 Days in Liverpool

Known for being the hometown of the world-famous Beatles, our tour takes us on a fascinating and unique experience with an individual taxi tour of the iconic places that shaped the lives and songs of Liverpool’s Fab 4. As Gerry & the Pacemakers said we "Ferry Cross the Mersey" and have heaps of time to explore more of this tremendous city too.

Day 1 - Sunday

We complete our pick-ups early this morning and set off on our way to Liverpool, for our 3-night stay. With tea/coffee on arrival at the hotel this afternoon. Dinner at the hotel this evening.

Day 2 - Monday

This morning we are transported back to the Swinging Sixties on an entertaining 3-hour Beatles Taxi Tour. Touring around Liverpool and its surrounding suburbs in a private taxi, driven by a local expert guide, we learn about Liverpool's fab four lads with visits to some of the iconic places that shaped their lives - and songs. Tour highlights include their childhood homes, the place where John Lennon met a 15-year-old Paul McCartney for the first time in 1957, the famous Penny Lane Street, Strawberry Field and Eleanor Rigby's grave. This nostalgic tour also includes stops for photos and refreshments. The afternoon is at leisure for you to explore the city.

Please note that each Taxi will accommodate minimum 4 to 6 people. You may be required to share a taxi with others not in your party.

Day 3 - Tuesday

Today we enjoy Liverpool's ultimate sightseeing experience as we embark on 50-minute river cruise. Learn more about the fascinating history of the River Mersey and see incredible views of Liverpool's world-famous waterfront from the deck of the famous Mersey Ferry. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the city.

Aloft Liverpool

The Aloft Liverpool occupies the stunning, elegant, former Royal Insurance Building, which was converted into this modern and contemporary city hotel. Still retaining many of its original features, the hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk to the Liverpool One shopping centre and 15 minutes’ walk to the historic Albert Dock. All bedrooms differ in size but all are to a high standard and well equipped with a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities and all have a walk-in shower. The large modern restaurant and bar boasts huge ceilings and lots of natural daylight and is a perfect space for enjoying a drink.

The hotel also offers a 24 hour front desk and free WiFi throughout.
