Christmas Lunch at Hever Castle

Visit the Gardens for the magical themed Christmas trail through the grounds, enjoy relaxed shopping in the gift shops and sample a delicious Christmas menu in the restaurant. In the Castle, experience beautifully decorated rooms, welcoming log fires and twinkling Christmas trees.

 

This tour includes Admission to the Castle & Gardens and also a christmas 2-Course Meal. You will also get the chance to explore the Christmas Lights on the Ground to really get you in the christmas spirit.

 

Lunch will be available in the Pavilion Restaurant at 13.30pm, this is the larger restaurant next to the lake. You should allow 10 - 15 minutes to walk from the Castle to the restaurant.

 

CHRISTMAS MENU

Menu includes mulled wine or hot spiced apple juice on arrival, bread, jugs of water on the table, tea & coffee.

 

MAIN COURSE

• Roast turkey served with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets & pan gravy with roast potatoes, glazed parsnips, carrots and brussel sprouts

• Roasted parsnip and red onion nut roast served with roast potatoes, glazed parsinps, carrots and brussel sprouts (Vegetarian Option)

 

DESSERT

• Homemade Christmas Pudding served with custard

• Vegan Christmas Pudding

• Lemon tart served with mulled fruit

• Gluten Free Christmas Pudding

Extra information from Hever Castle

• Approximate distances for walking, please make sure the group are aware of these:

      From the main ticket huts to the information hut, shop and Moat Café 225 metres

      From the Information Hut to the Castle Forecourt 95 metres

     From the Castle Forecourt to the Pavilion Restaurant 360 metres

    These distances then need to be walked back when leaving.

• The bar will be open on the day of your visit for your group to buy drinks from.
• Manual Wheelchairs are only allowed on the ground floor of the Castle and not allowed up to any other floors.
• Hever Castle will only accept Card Payments
