Day 1 Tuesday

30th December:

We depart Kent and travel to The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells. Time to freshen up and maybe even take a wander into town before our evening meal. Evening entertainment after dinner.

Day 2 Wednesday

31st December:

New Years Eve

After breakfast we venture out and take in the beautiful Welsh countryside. We stop at Rhayader and then on to the magnificent Elan Valley Dams before reaching Devils Bridge. Here, we enjoy a light lunch at the Hafod Hotel. Returning to our hotel in time prepare for tonights black-tie drinks reception and five course Gala Dinner. Followed by entertainment to dance the evening away. See in the New Year with a glass of champagne.

Brunch is served this morning. After you may wish to enjoy a stroll around the town, or make the most of the leisure facilities at the hotel.

The Metropole Hotel is in the centre of the historic spa town of Llandrindod Wells, in the beautiful ‘Heart of Wales’, a delightful town with Victorian canopied streets, delicate wrought ironwork and ornamental parks. Hotel facilities include indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and gym. All bedrooms are en suite and have television, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
