Day 1 – Monday:
We travel North to Whitby, for our 4 night stay, with suitable comfort stops on route.
DDay 2 - Tuesday
Today we take a scenic drive through the North
Yorkshire Moors. We visit Goathland, also known as
Heartbeat Country’ for some time at leisure.
We continue our scenic drive through to the town of
Malton, known as “Yorkshire’s Food Capital”.
Set in the most beautiful Yorkshire countryside,
Malton is a town passionate about artisan producers, independent shops and delicious food & drink! We return to Whitby this afternoon, in time to freshen up before our evening meal at the hotel.
Day 3 - Wednesday:
Today is at leisure for you to explore all that Whitby
has to offer. Wander through the quaint streets
lined with independent shops, cafes, and traditional
pubs. Discover the town's maritime heritage at the
Captain Cook Memorial Museum and enjoy fresh
seafood at the bustling harbour. Take a stroll along
the sandy beach, climb the 199 steps to St. Mary's
Church for panoramic views, and perhaps even spot
a whale on a boat tour! Dinner at the hotel this
evening.
Day 4 - Thursday:
Today we visit Scarborough. One of Britains’
premier coastal resorts, with excellent beaches,
traditional seaside activities and entertainment and
an interesting harbour.
Dinner at the hotel this evening.
Day 5 - Friday:
It’s time to check out and head home, with suitable
comfort stops on route.
