Hidden Hertfordshire Lunch and Guided Cruise from The Waterside Inn

We begin our day by arriving at the Waterside Inn in Ware for a hearty two course lunch.

After lunch you will board your boat directly from the restaurants own riverside terrace to embark on a fully guided cruise through the hidden Hertfordshire countryside before returning to Ware Town Quay next to the historic Ware Priory.

Cruise approx. 2.5 hours

The popular Waterbus cruises along the picturesque flood plains of the River Lee, we will be cruising past Stanstead Marina, Amwell Nature Reserve and onto Ware where you will see the riverside pubs with their unique historic gazebos overhanging the river.

The River Lee has an abundance of wildlife, on route you will also pass through original working locks.

Sit back and relax, enjoying a peaceful cruise, there is a fully licensed bar on board with a range of drinks to purchase.

Menu choices will be made available prior to travel.
